Memorandum of Agreement
This Memorandum of Agreement is governed by, and shall be construed in accordance, English Law and the parties hereby irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts for all purposes relating to this Memorandum of Agreement.

I declare that to the best of my knowledge, the information given on this form is accurate, either as printed, or as amended by me. I agree to inform Distance Learning Administration immediately of any changes to these details. I agree to the University of London processing my personal data collected within the registration process and other personal data, which the University may obtain from me or from other people connected with my studies.
